Preschool Easter Fun

Langley and her friend Abby were all ready to go with their milk jug Easter baskets.

 We all scrunched into the shade to have a picnic on an extra warm day for April!

Let the Egg Hunting begin!

We had a fun time at a sweet egg hunt our playgroup put on for the kids!

 

And a visit from the easter bunny sounds good too!  

Langley was very much shying away from Mr. Easter bunny.  She almost missed her chance, until i put her brother in his arms!

I tried to convince Langley that she needed an egg or bunny painted on her face, after all it is EASTER! But she insisted on Minnie!  Minnie is taking over these days!  :)

 The cutest egg cake pops!  Wish I could take credit for them...apparently they weren't too easy to make.

Beach Days and lovin' from the Grands

I am still mastering the art of going to the beach with two munchkins by myself.  Do we really need all this stuff?!   While my parents were in town this past weekend, we took advantage of the extra hands and had lots of beach time.

Langley is in love with the ocean this year!

And couldn't possibly get any more sand on her by the time we leave!

Seeing these little hands and feet with the ocean in the background is a delightful day!

Grandma Susan loved seeing Mason smile so much!

 And Grandpa Don kept busy with his favorite buddies.

We had a great busy visit!  They always go by so fast!

Disney on Ice

I had the best time taking my girl to Disney on Ice!  It was so nice to have some special mommy daughter time, and I loved seeing Langley's excitement to see Mickey, Tinker-Bell, and princesses!  She loved being able to wear her dress up clothes out of the house.  We had a great time and she was in awe the entire show!  Since this event, we have had many dreams of visiting Mickey's house!  She cried one afternoon after her nap saying she wanted to go to Disney World "now".  Oh my Langley, your time will come and so fun it will be!

This past weekend my stroller strength group put on a fun run for the kids.  Langley was excited for her first race!

All the kids stretched together in the beginning.  They wouldn't want to pull any muscles?
