The hunt is on! It's Easter Egg time!

Today all our friends got together for an Easter Egg hunt!  We got to play with the parachute first.  (This is while the Easter bunny was in action)

Run for Autism

Langley and I started bright and early this morning with the 5K for Autism in Balboa Park!  Langley was very excited to go straight from her crib to the car in her PJs this morning!  That was the only way we'd get ther in time!  :)  Langley had a great time eating her muffins and berries and cheering on all the runners.

We got home and Langley was watching Elmo on the couch while I took a quick shower.  Was definitely wiped out from all that fresh air!   This is how I found her...

Beach Day and our favorite "Cup"!

We decided to put all chores aside and head to the beach this morning!  After all this is our last month in San Diego!    Langley had a great time playing in the sand and admiring her latest prize possesion...her "cup".  Somewhere along the way we inherited a simple detergent top while at the beach.  I never knew how enertaining this could be!  We hardly let it go at the beach, and she even asks for the cup at bath time now.  : )

The cup finally gets a break...it's snack time!!  Langley isn't so sure about Sofie sharing her seat with her!  Of course she warmed up to the idea once she got a hold of some of her sweet dried cherries!

Who's Mommy??

I was definitely ready for a break from my mommy this weekend.  I mean I love her and all, but we have had LOADS of time together the past 7 months!  I got to spend a lot of time playing and walking with Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Cindy.  And I pretty much forgot about mommy coming and going!

Riding this girlie plane is almost as fun as shopping!  I'm just glad it matches my outfit.  : )

New Favorites

Langley's favorite new toy is a ball! 

 I guess being a girl it took her awhile to figure out how fun a ball can be!  She is into "throw"!

We have always loved our super soft Mr. Giraffe, but it has recently been our favorite snuggle spot for reading storied before bed.  And we always like our books from the library the best!  We read them over and over...until we return them and then Langley is still looking for them.  : )
