Thankful Tree

 We started a new thanksgiving tradition this year.  We hit the park for sticks to make a thankful tree! Or maybe after a week away, i was just ready to be super mom…not sure? :)  Ha, ha.

I did miss these smiling faces.

I am thankful for these two turkey's.  i loved spending time with them at the playground that day.

 This has been the year of the scooter for Langley and the glider for Mason.  little speedy's!  momma can hardly keep up anymore!

here's how it turned out.  i really liked hearing what the kids wanted to put on the tree.  most of the leaves were friends and family…along with pencils and gum.   pretty much the last thing that mason looked at was the word he wanted to put on the tree.  :)  

Not sure if we will do sticks every year, but hopefully we will keep our tree tradition going!  I laughed because a lot of our neighbors were already putting up their christmas trees when we were doing this.  Gotta take it one holiday at a time people!  :)
